For over twenty-one years as the Director of the University of San Francisco?s Hospitality Management Program, Tom Costello has done just that! Tom?s selfless dedication, compassion, and excellence have set an example to so many. Tom is a legendary presence in the classroom and has a legion of devoted students and successful graduates. For the past fifteen years, the Hospitality Management Program has consistently enjoyed a 98% placement upon graduation. With his enthusiasm, passion, and love of the industry, Tom has touched the hearts of his students, many of whom go on to be leaders of our industry.
