  Hotel Hero Awards

For the past eight years, the Hotel Council of San Francisco has honored employees of San Francisco's hotels at the Hotel Hero Awards Dinner. During the event, awards are given to an “Unsung Hero,” “Rising Star” and someone who has gone “Beyond the Call of Duty.”  In addition, awards are given for innovation as well as community service and three lifetime achievement awards.

Winners are selected by a five member panel made up of representatives in the hospitality industry.  Each winner will receive an original Hotel Hero Award Sculpture by local artist, Douglas Brett, as well as other prizes such as airline tickets, Giants tickets, dining certificates or weekend hotel stays.
